Old jeans are often just thrown out without a second thought... until now...
I marked out 8 circles plus one smaller circle. I crudely cut them out - it all adds to the shabbiness.
Fold the larger circles as below and sew them onto the smaller circle until all 8 are used.
A brassy button finished it off (plus it hides the stitching!)

They look great, great idea. I have kept some old jeans as i want to combine denim and crochet, when i finally get some time!!!
I have a denim flower clip that I wear in my hair! There really are so many cool things you can do with denim!

A great idea! My sister has just sent me a photo of a bag she made with the top half of an old pair of jeans - now I can point her in your direction to get an idea of what to do with the legs!
Awww they're really cool! I love how easy they look to make, but how the finished article looks like it took ages - will have a go - think hubby's about to throw out some old jeans! Simmi x
